Hi! How to include my NGOs IRS documents in the appendix of an LOI if they are too “heavy” for the LOI to be emailed?

Hmm, I’m not entirely sure what “too heavy” means, but hopefully this will answer the question. When a foundation asks for documentation of a nonprofit’s 501(c)(3) status, the 1 or 2 page letter from the IRS confirming your status will suffice. You definitely don’t need to send more than that.
